I'm Lou Lavetan, a dedicated Small Business Consultant with a focus on empowering small, service-based enterprises to achieve remarkable growth through strategic sales initiatives and optimized business practices.

 

With a keen understanding of the unique challenges faced by small businesses in the service sector, I've become a trusted advisor known for transforming challenges into opportunities.

 

For over 30 years, I've dedicated my life to growing entities and individuals. My professional experiences date back to the late 1980s when I owned and managed my own franchise location, Mail Boxes Etc. (now The UPS Store), laying the foundation for 23 more stores in South Central Pennsylvania. I continued my franchise endeavors throughout the early 2000s after selling this entity. My most recent franchise experience revolves around Sparkle Wash International, where I currently consult and provide sales support for franchise owners nationwide. I am personally passionate about guiding entrepreneurs through the intricacies of starting and growing their businesses, as evident in my experience as a Susquehanna SCORE Certified Mentor for the past 17 years. My love for history has also found me being a member of the Four Chaplains Memorial of York County Board. This organization is dedicated to educating the local community on the story of the four U.S. Army chaplains who demonstrated extraordinary courage and selflessness during World War II during the sinking of the USS Dorchester, as well as honoring those who display selflessness in their own service efforts.
